Payment

At CozyOldVibez.com all payments are made online. Visa cards, international debit cards, Mobilepay and Bank transfers can be used. Payment is only taken when the item is shipped. Please note that when paying via bank transfer, the item is only shipped when the payment has been registered with us.

For bank transfers, the following information is used:

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT, but excl. shipping. We use the VAT return principle, which means that as a VAT registered buyer, you cannot deduct purchase VAT.

Items without a price, or with a price of "0", are generally not available for ordering in our webshop. We reserve the right to make price and proofreading errors.

Our webshop uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and cannot be read by outsiders. This can be seen by the closed lock icon next to the URL address.

Used goods -

All our items are used. Often we only have one copy of the item/object in question, which is why it is not possible to exchange for another 'version' of the item. Normal age-related signs of wear can therefore also be expected. If there are any errors/damage beyond this, this will be pointed out in the item description.

We do our best to provide the most accurate picture of the item – be it color, quality, etc. The color we indicate is the color of the item. However, it should be noted that the color seen in the images may depend on the device the images are displayed on, so if you are in doubt, please write to us at CozyOldVibez@gmail.com .

Delivery

Orders are packed and shipped weekly and then delivery typically takes 2-5 days. Total delivery time is therefore typically 1-2 weeks.

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The shipping company will then contact you by email regarding the delivery time.

Shipping prices

Free delivery to GLS Parcel Shop for purchases over DKK 900 and max. 10 kg.

For shipments weighing over 10 kg, the price will be stated at checkout and will be borne by the buyer.

Right of withdrawal and return

All used items are sold as described/seen and approved upon delivery. There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day right of return starts from the day the order is delivered (at home or in a parcel shop). Any return costs are borne by the buyer.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery by email to CozyOldVibez@gmail.com and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation. It is not enough to refuse receipt of a package. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were delivered. If the goods are not in the same condition when received by CozyOldVibez, an assessment of the deterioration will be made and a subsequent reduction in the price corresponding to the deterioration in value.

Please note that you as a consumer are liable for the item until it is received by CozyOldVibez.

The price you paid for the item, excluding delivery costs, will be refunded to you once we have received the item.

Complaint

Defects due to age-related wear and tear as well as defects that have been pointed out in the product description are not covered by the right of complaint.

As a customer, you are obliged to report any errors or defects to CozyOldVibez@gmail.com on the same day the item is received. Attach pictures of the damage/error/defect – including pictures of:

  • The outer surfaces of the package (is there any visible external damage).
  • The total interior protection.
  • The damage/fault/shortage of the item.

CozyOldVibez (seller) reserves the right to continuously change advertisements and update these terms and conditions.
Placing an order is an invitation to the seller to make an offer that is conditional on the product not being sold to another party.

In order to make an online purchase, the buyer must accept these terms and conditions. Otherwise, a sale cannot be made.
